Adam worked with us on the sale of our home. At our first meeting, Adam came prepared with pertinent information about our location and about how our home would fall within the greater market. We received multiple offers above asking price within the first week. Adam met with us to discuss in detail the pros and cons of each offer, giving us options but also providing his thoughts and experience. Adam had his work cut out for him. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, living 2+ hours away, and searching during the very challenging (buyers’) market of 2021. From day one, Adam was attentive, knowledgeable, engaging, and fun! His responses to our many questions, emails, and texts were quick, thoughtful, and if he didn’t have an immediate answer for us (though, he usually did), he’d find one and share ASAP. During the 5 months we worked with Adam, we put in three offers – this is where he really shined. He gave us invaluable insight, explained our options, and guided us towards the best offer for us. Not to mention, his great attitude helped keep us calm during this stressful process. We feel very lucky and fortunate to have had Adam as our realtor for our first home buying experience.

We worked with Adam for 2 years as we tried to find the right house to buy. He is very familiar with the Lower Merion area and he was able to give us good advice on each home (there were about 50) we looked at over the 2 year period. He helped us put together 3 different offers during that time. Each time he provided us with excellent information and negotiated with the seller’s agent in our behalf. The first offer we weren’t bold enough, and he told us as much. The second offer he pulled out all the stops, but we still were overbid in the end. The third time was the charm. Now we have a wonderful, lovely, home that is a hidden gem; and Adam helped us get it during the COVID-19 conditions by working with us virtually. He was very patient, helpful, available, and understanding throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure working with him. We are very happy with the house he helped us choose.
